Delete your account
Request deletion of your XAutoCare login. Company orders and tax records stay as required by law.
In the Merchant app, open Settings → Delete account and confirm. That signs you out, turns off push tokens, removes your login, and anonymizes your profile.
You can also email admin@xautocare.com from the address on the account. We complete requests within 30 days.
We delete or anonymize personal data within 90 days. Transactional records may be kept up to 7 years for tax and compliance. Listings and orders for the company are not erased when one teammate deletes their login.
